Attraction Marketing Customer Outreach Specialist

  • Had some success in MLM and/or with Attraction Marketing
  • Enjoy coaching people BUT building an MLM team is NOT something you want to actively do anymore…

YET you still desire to create a 6-figure income from home leveraging the skills & experience you've learned from us & as a networker marketer WITHOUT having to build an MLM team, create your own products, have employees or operate your own business, then you might be a great fit for our Attraction Marketing Specialist role.

Note: To qualify for this position, you cannot be actively building an MLM business, but prior experience is a plus.

Core Competency:

The ideal candidate is a current or previous student of AttractionMarketing.com (or EMP) who has in-person or over-the-phone coaching and sales experience. An Attraction Marketing Specialist earns a commission-based income, by helping our customers understand more deeply the education opportunities available through AttractionMarketing.com and setting enrollment conversation appointments with our Advisors.  

In traditional sales, this is known as a “setting” or “setter” position, however this will have a coaching element to it as well.

In order to excel in this position, you need some sales experience (MLM sales or leading sales teams is great) and are not afraid of selling.

You also have experience coaching and helping people overcome personal challenges that have stood in the way of the past.

You are coachable, reliable, teachable, adaptable to change quickly and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.

What You Will Do:

The Mission of an Attraction Marketing Specialist is help our customers discover the mentorship opportunities available at AttractionMarketing.com: 

  1. By engaging in conversations with NEW potential clients from new daily customers, existing customers, Attraction Marketing FB community members and email list members via outreach through phone, email, text and direct messaging, as well as have customers who auto-book on your calendar on their own to learn more about Attraction Marketing. (60% of customers will book with you on their own) 

  2. By helping our customers understand the value of Attraction Marketing, help them gain access to the resources they purchased and qualify them to see if they might be a fit for one of our coaching programs. 

  3. By qualifying potential students based on they having a strong desire to succeed and ability to invest in themselves to achieve their goals. As a Specialist, you are not closing or selling our programs. Simply seeing if there might be a fit to support them further and always making people feel respected and honored, no matter the outcome. 

  4. By scheduling the most qualified prospects on a 45 Min Strategy Calls with our Lead Advisors so the potential student may understand, on a deeper level, what they need to grow, what is available to them here at AttractionMarketing and allow our Advisors to facilitate an enrollment conversation into our Acceleration Coaching Program.

  5. You would also be responsible for recouping and re-scheduling potential students who didn’t enroll in Acceleration, but have the potential of enrolling in the future. This is basically staying in touch and follow-up. 

  6. CRM Systems will be made available for you to easily track your prospects, including history of prior conversations, recordings of conversations, notes and much more.

  7. You’d be expected to attend daily huddles, as well as a minimum of 2 weekly training sessions to develop your skills in connecting, coaching and sales.

  8. You will be expected to submit daily reports on your day’s progress to your manager.

Experience & Competencies

Extensive sales and/or coaching experience:

MLM recruitment/enrollment experience does certainly count and experience mentoring others is also important


Formal sales training a BIG plus but not required:

If you’ve done any formal sales training we want to know as that will be a big advantage. We will provide sales training to you, but prior experience is helpful.


Knowledge of Attraction Marketing & Network Marketing:

This one might be even more important than sales experience. Understanding our programs or at the minimum, understanding how Attraction Marketing works and experience in MLM will be a huge advantage.


Basic Tech skills:

You need a reliable high speed internet connection, reliable computer, phone and basic to intermediate computer skills (Excel/Google Spreadsheets, Gmail and not afraid of learning tech skills, as needed)


People skills:

You’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).


Integrity:

Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only book clients who’re a great fit. 


Leadership:

You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people. 


Hunger // Work ethic:

This is not an easy job, but it pays well. To earn the income that’s possible for you here… you must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft and doing everything you can to 1) generate opportunities 2) give our advisors the best possible chance to enroll them. You must be hungry. 


Proactivity:

Proactive behavior will create awareness. And your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results. 


Attention to detail:

You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers, but still important. 


High standards:

You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to our own high standards. 


Poise:

You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.


Courage & Transparency:

Communicate with your Manager about things you don’t know or unsure of quickly, so you can gain clarity

Respectfully, address issues/concerns to Manager as they arise

  • Not reporting or raising concerns in a timely manner is unacceptable
  • Back channel complaining/bitching to other team members is unacceptable 
  • Whenever possible, propose detailed solutions when elevating issues to management and leadership

Specialist Time Commitments:

Time 

You will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, you will be expected to open enough calendar space to schedule approximately 150 calls with our customers & community members per month (i.e. avg 10 twenty min calls per day)

  • You will also be expected to complete your morning & end of day tasks (see above) every day, Monday-Friday. 
  • Outreach to our customers & leads to book more conversations outside of any auto-bookings
  • You will also be expected to be available to communicate through slack 8am-6pm EST daily. 
  • Altogether this is a full time, 40 hours / wk position. 

This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere. 

You may request time-off with 2 weeks advance notice.

Specialist Earning Potential

If you are offered a position, the compensation plan will be explained to you in detail which will consist of a low base + commissions on closed sales that you scheduled with our Advisors.

Income potential for a high performing Attraction Marketing Specialist is easily $100,000 per year or $8500 per month, via commissions, base and performance bonuses. 

With strong performance, there may also be a future opportunity to be trained and promoted to Advisor (Sales Person), which comes with multiple six-figure income potential.
